Job summary

Orkin is hiring an Orkin Pro to deliver top-tier pest control service on customer routes in the Orlando area. You will start with award-winning training, learn safety-first practices, and grow through hands-on experience while serving homes and businesses.

You will meet customer needs, document services, and discuss additional protection options to provide lasting peace of mind. This role offers a clear career path with ongoing learning and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with customers in their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Complete our award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve our customers
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely and safe arrival at each customer’s location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Conduct yourself with the utmost professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Meet with customers in their businesses or homes to explain actions taken, ensure satisfaction, and discuss additional services
• Inspect the interior and exterior of the customer’s property and teach customers how to maintain pest management
• Communicate with customers to explain actions taken and discuss additional services for peace of mind
• Complete all required service-related documentation in a handheld device for speed and accuracy
