Job summary

Orkin is hiring entry-level Orkin Pros in Summerville, SC. You’ll receive award-winning training and begin a career delivering high-quality pest protection for homes and businesses.

You’ll work on a designated service route, prioritizing safety and professionalism while learning to diagnose issues and plan treatments. No prior pest control experience is required; driver’s license is needed and pesticide licensing is supported.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements: No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments and interact with our great customers inside their businesses and/or homes

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally provide the highest level of protection and service to customers on a designated service route
• Complete award-winning training to learn the skills and knowledge required to serve customers
• Follow a route schedule and daily operation schedule within an assigned territory and ensure timely arrival at each location
• Operate a company vehicle safely and ensure cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment
• Explain actions taken and discuss additional services to give customers peace of mind about pest management
