Qualifications

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers

Responsibilities

• Complete award-winning company paid training and learn to operate a pest control service route
• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities
• Drive a company vehicle within assigned territory and ensure timely arrival at each customer
• Demonstrate professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers
• Serve as a problem solver by listening to needs and offering effective solutions
• Prepare and install home or business services (attics, crawlspaces, gutters, energy barriers)
• Interact with customers to set expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Complete service-related documentation using provided handheld device
