Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Pest Control Manager to oversee pest control operations in our Grain Valley, MO office. This is an on-site role that includes responsibilities such as developing and implementing pest management strategies, coordinating with team members for lawn care services, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role requires supervising a team to deliver effective pest control solutions and maintaining high customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and providing expert guidance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Pest Control, Integrated Pest Management (IPM), and knowledge of PEST principles
• Strong understanding and experience in Lawn Care services
• Effective Communication skills for client interaction and team coordination
