Responsibilities

We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Pest Control & Insulation Technician to join our growing team. This unique position combines pest management services with insulation work to help protect homes and businesses from pests while improving energy efficiency and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect residential and commercial properties for pest activity, damage, and entry points
• Apply pest control treatments safely and in accordance with company and regulatory standards
• Install, remove, or replace insulation materials
• Seal gaps and openings to help prevent future infestations and energy loss
• Operate company vehicles and equipment responsibly
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with customers professionally
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required protective equipment

Requirements

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations as well as the ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid):

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions

Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
