HomeTeam is seeking an Installer in Albuquerque to join our pest control team. You will follow a daily schedule, visit job sites, install the Taexx System in new homes, and perform termite treatments, interacting with homebuilders and field managers to meet deadlines.

We value safety and professionalism: maintain your pest control license, present a tidy, professional appearance, and provide excellent customer service on every route.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: no experience required – training will be provided.
• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid)

Responsibilities

• Follow a daily schedule, ensuring timely arrival at each job site
• Install the Taexx System in new homes and buildings within scheduled route
• Perform termite treatment services and interact with homebuilders, sub-contractors and field managers to meet deadlines
• Submit legible, clear and accurate service tickets to office personnel
• Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners every day as you work your route
• Present a professional, tidy appearance, including your company truck, equipment, and uniform
• Maintain your pest control license and keep your knowledge sharp by attending pest control seminars regularly
• Stay motivated and focused while you work independently
• Must be able to work Saturdays to complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed
