Saela Pest Control is hiring a Pest Control Inspector to perform detailed residential inspections, identify pest activity, and educate homeowners on effective treatment solutions. You will build long-term customer relationships while meeting sales targets and referrals in a dynamic field role.

The position combines hands-on field work with customer interaction and career growth within one of the country’s fastest-growing pest control companies.

This is a unique opportunity that combines hands-on field work with customer interaction and sales. As a Pest Control Inspector with Saela, you'll inspect homes, identify pest issues, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions that protect their homes and families. This is not a desk job. You'll spend your days in the field, staying active, meeting customers, and building a rewarding career with one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the country.

• Manage your schedule and follow-up activities

• You will have monthly and quarterly targets set by the management team, and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals

Minimum Requirements

• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• The ability to work independently, effectively manage time, and prioritize tasks is important to your success
• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required Pest control, HVAC, construction, roofing, solar, telecommunications, cable or internet installation, route sales, home services, and/or customer-facing field service

Physical Demands / Working Environment

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc. including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
