Job summary

Turner Pest Control is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a 10-15 technician team across residential and commercial accounts. You will coach, inspect vehicles, and run daily huddles, partnering with the Branch Manager to hire and train new staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years pest control experience or 2+ years in a supervisor/leadership role.
• State-issued pest control license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
• Flexible availability including weekends and after-hours.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, smartphones, PestPac, and more.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working indoors/outdoors.
• Valid driver's license for at least 3 years with clean record.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

What You'll Do...

As a Field Supervisor, you'll support a team of 10-15 technicians in their pest management objectives with both residential and commercial accounts. You'll also oversee their day-to-day activities and professional development while ensuring the delivery of stellar customer service. You'll provide in-field coaching and 1-1 training, conduct vehicle inspections, run daily team huddles, and even partner with your Branch Manager to interview, hire, and train new team members. Additionally, you will provide safe and effective pest management solutions to evaluate new customers' needs, maximize required performance outcomes, keep records of service activities, and submit reports to management as required.

Who You Are...

What does it take to be a successful Field Supervisor at Turner Pest Control? For starters, you'll have 2+ years of pest control experience -or- 2+ years in a supervisor/leadership role. You'll also have...

• State-issued pest control license or willingness to obtain within 90 days
• Flexible availability, including occasional weekends and after-hours

• The ability to comfortably work indoors and outdoors in various weather
• The ability to safely climb ladders, kneel, and work in tight spaces as needed
