Orkin Pro is hiring in the San Diego area to learn and operate pest control routes. You will complete company-paid training and travel in a company vehicle, maintaining safety and professionalism while addressing customer needs.

No prior pest control experience is required; a valid driver's license is needed, and you can obtain the pesticide license within 90 days with company support. This is a growth-oriented role with a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers.

Responsibilities

• Complete training and learn to operate a pest control service route.

• Drive a company vehicle within assigned territory and ensure timely, safe arrivals.
