Job summary

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a Service Supervisor to lead field operations and protect customers in the Southeast. You will supervise technicians, maintain equipment, and resolve service issues while supporting growth and safety initiatives.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, a willingness to train others, and a commitment to Northwest’s values. A pesticide license will be pursued with company support.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Pest control experience preferred; ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days (company paid).
  • Ability to work in the field independently and manage a team.

Responsibilities

  • Reflects the Northwest Way and builds strong relationships with customers to create “Customer’s for Life.”
  • Ensure vehicles and equipment are maintained to standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints and manage inventory.
  • Perform QC inspections in the field and production work as needed.
  • Assist with routing and supervision of technicians to achieve productivity.
  • Provide training to new technicians and refresher training for experienced staff.
  • Demonstrate integrity, organization, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that vehicles and equipment are maintained to manufacturer’s and company standards.
  • Resolve customer complaints.
  • Responsible for inventory control.

Qualifications
What You Need to Succeed:

Physical Demands / Working Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations:

  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods. Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
  • Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
  • Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions
