Position Overview:

As a Lawn and Pest Technician, you’ll deliver 5-star customer service while performing initial pest control treatments for new customers. This role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and a commitment to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform indoor and outdoor pest control applications with precision.
• Educate customers on service benefits and provide outstanding support.
• Follow assigned routes, maintain accurate records, and communicate with office staff.
• Keep equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in top condition.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of Lawn or Pest Control Technician service (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (must meet insurance standards).
• 21+ years old and eligible for state pest control licensing (training provided).

Compensation & Benefits:

• $17.00 - $22.00/hr + additional earnings opportunities

Physical Demands & Work Environment:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and crawling in tight spaces.
