Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in Kailua, Hawaii, seeks an Additional Services Technician to perform termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, and exclusion work. You will deliver hands-on services while ensuring excellent customer care and precise record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude with construction-related tasks such as ladders and power tools.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history due to driving a company vehicle.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

Position Summary

The Additional Services Technician provides specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management solutions. This role combines hands‑on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high‑quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high‑quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. This position offers an hourly base pay of $22.00 plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
