Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.

• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. This position offers an hourly base pay range of $18.00 - $20.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Please note that actual earnings beyond base pay will vary based on sales.
