Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work. You will combine hands-on service with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results and accurate documentation.

Responsibilities include following service routes, explaining plans to customers, and maintaining safety with vehicles and equipment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience with mechanical aptitude.
• Familiarity with construction tasks and safe ladder/power tool use.
• Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and 3+ years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control and home protection services including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services.
• Explain treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with office staff for efficient service delivery.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Promote customer satisfaction and adhere to company standards.
