The Shield Co Management, LLC in Indianapolis is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services. This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, including termite treatment, insulation installation, and exclusion work.

The position emphasizes safety, accurate documentation, and efficient operations while maintaining vehicle and equipment readiness. Training and pest control licensing are provided as needed.

Formación

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsabilidades

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other additional service offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with a focus on quality, thoroughness, and attention to detail.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining treatment plans, service features, and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating effectively with office staff and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Maintain accurate and organized customer, service, and appointment records using company technology and systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and personal protective gear to ensure safe and effective operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by consistently delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards and procedures.

This role combines hands-on service delivery with exceptional customer care, ensuring high-quality results, accurate documentation, and safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude and familiarity with construction-related tasks, including operating ladders and power tools safely and effectively.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver's license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of the role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
