Job summary

DeAngelo Contracting Services is seeking a General Laborer to support field operations. You will perform landscaping tasks, weed control, and equipment handling in varied outdoor environments.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR. CDL is a plus, with physical ability to lift 50–60 pounds and operate power tools safely.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in landscaping, herbicide application, tree trimming preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR (5 years) preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–60 pounds and work outdoors in various weather.

Responsibilities

• Loads and unloads equipment daily.
• Trash and debris removal and general site cleanup.
• Weed cutting and removal; landscaping tasks.
• Tree trimming and herbicide application as directed.
• Operates company vehicles and powers tools safely.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Description

DeAngelo Contracting Services (DCS) is seeking a highly motivated General Laborer with a great attitude and strong ethics. This position is responsible for performing the day-to-day job functions that support all field operations.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Loads and unloads equipment.
• Trash and large debris pickup.
• Weed cutting and removal.
• Tree trimming.
• Drives company vehicles.
• Uses all power tools safely.
• Uses all equipment safely.
• Landscaping
• Herbicide application
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

EXPERIENCE:

• 18+ years of age or older.
• Landscaping & herbicide application experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver'slicense with 5 years clean MVR.
• Ability to lift 50-60 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Prior vegetation spray, paint, or tree experience is preferred.
• CDL license is preferred not required.
