Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or high school diploma with 5+ years.
• Security adjudicative experience in Clearance Division.
• Experience in compartmented programs.
• Strong analytical abilities and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Case Management: manage a caseload of over 80 cases in parallel stages of processing, maintaining monthly targets.
• Adjudicative Actions: prepare Statements of Reasons (SOR), investigative files, and First Level Review recommendations.
• Appeals Support: conduct personal appearances for Appellants according to Appeals Staff procedures.
• Collaborative Interviews: partner with SMEs to conduct interviews to clarify complex facts or elicit additional information.
• Mentorship: provide on-the-job training to new team members and Developmental level colleagues.
