You will build lasting relationships with clients while maintaining high sanitation standards and promoting massage services. The role requires current licensure and CPR/AED/First Aid certification, and offers opportunities for ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

• Applicable education, licensure and credentials to perform massage therapy.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet and service members in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide individualized massage therapy services and treatments that meet the clients needs.
• Initiate, develop, and maintain personalized relationships with clients.
• Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as directed by law and the spa's policies and procedures.
• Handle guests' questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
• Promote and sell massage therapy services and treatments and encourage repeat business.
• Regularly attend, participate in and support training and staff meetings for the spa.
• Remains current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
• Other duties as assigned.
