Job summary

Sephora at CA-Natomas Marketplace in Sacramento is seeking a Beauty Advisor to welcome clients with warmth and confidence. You’ll provide personalized consultations and expert product recommendations, helping customers feel beautiful and valued.

This part-time role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with 15–29 hrs/week. You’ll stay current on trends, maintain a welcoming store, and collaborate with a diverse team while upholding Sephora standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience and demonstrated ability to provide excellent service and develop strong client relationships in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment
• A passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player who thrives in a collaborative, goal-oriented, and inclusive environment
• Quick learner with the ability to absorb and share product knowledge
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
