Job summary

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Personal Training Sales Manager to lead and grow a dynamic PT team. You will hire, train, and develop staff while driving revenue through CrunchONE kickoff processes, lead management, and exceptional client service.

With 1–2 years in Personal Training and a background in retail or hospitality management, you will implement reporting, adjust strategies, and coordinate with departments to deliver on Crunch Fitness’ brand promise.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer/Crunch Coach preferred.
• Prior management experience in retail/hospitality leading 3-10 employees preferred.
• Consultative sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, train & develop personal training staff.
• Increase revenue by introducing members to personal training services through CrunchONE Kickoff process.
• Follow up with and manage leads.
• Retain Personal Training clients through excellent customer service & follow-up.
• Understand reporting and implementation of course correction.
• Keep up with client program design to maximize client results.
• Work with all department heads to deliver on brand promise.

• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Certifications (One or more of the following)

• NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer Certification and/or B.S. in Exercise Science
• Current CPR

Experience:

• 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer/Crunch Coach preferred
• Preferred: Prior management experience in retail/hospitality industry leading 3-10 employees
• Preferred: Consultative sales experience

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to work in club office; move about club floors and rooms; review, revise, create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public.
• Regularly required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques and procedures. Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds.
