A leading fitness company is seeking a Personal Training Manager in Eagle, Wisconsin. This role involves ensuring high-quality fitness experiences, managing a team of trainers, and achieving revenue targets in personal training services. Qualifications

• 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer/Crunch Coach preferred.
• Preferred: Prior management experience leading 3-10 employees.

Responsabilités

• Hires, trains and develops a strong team of Personal Trainers.
• Ensure that all Personal Trainers deliver high quality programs.
• Manage performance of qualified Personal Trainers.

Connaissances

Knowledge of Personal Training technique and program design

Strong interpersonal & communication skills

Ability to generate and maintain a friendly attitude

Experience in coaching/motivating groups

Formation
