Crunch Fitness Hackettstown is seeking a Personal Training Manager to lead staff, grow revenue and deliver exceptional client service. You will recruit, train, and coach PT staff, while driving leads and maximizing client outcomes.

You will design programs, retain clients through superb service, and collaborate with all departments to fulfill the brand promise. A background in gym or retail management and CPT certifications are highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer Certification or BS in Exercise Science.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage, train & develop personal training staff.
• Increase revenue by introducing members to personal training services and manage leads.
• Retain PT clients through excellent customer service and follow-up.
• Keep up with client program design to maximize results.
• Collaborate with department heads to deliver on brand promise.
