CR Fitness, a leading Crunch Fitness franchisee, invites high-potential individuals to join as Personal Training Manager in Training at the Belle Isle Club in Orlando. You will receive mentoring and the tools needed to develop into a top PT Manager as our clubs expand.

Candidates should hold a nationally accredited PT certification and CPR, with a desire to lead, coach teammates, and drive member engagement within a fast-paced, no-judgments Crunch culture.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, ETC)
• CPR certification (required)
• Desire to lead and grow within a team
• Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and grow as a PT Manager in Training
• Receive training, mentorship, and tools for success
