Job summary

CR Fitness is hiring a Personal Training Manager in Training for our Apopka club. This role is designed for high-potential individuals who will lead, develop, and grow as part of our rapid club expansion.

You will receive training, mentorship, and the tools needed to become a top-performing PT Manager in a dynamic environment. We seek candidates with national PT certifications and CPR, a HS diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred), and a passion for fitness, leadership, and helping others.

Qualifications

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, ETC).
• CPR certification (required).
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Desire to lead and grow within a team.
• Strong communication & organizational skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Outgoing, professional, and coachable.
• Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred.
• Availability to work a 4-hour weekend day shift.
