Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Nationally recognized personal training certification required (NASM/ACE/NSCA/ACSM).
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal training revenue through sales strategies, lead generation, and client engagement.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a team of personal trainers, ensuring high performance.
• Oversee personal training programs to deliver world-class member experiences.
• Track and analyze personal training sales, client retention, and trainer performance.
• Foster relationships with members and promote personal training services.
• Ensure scheduling efficiency and a safe training environment.
