Qualifications

• 1-2 years of personal training experience preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Prior management experience leading a team of 3-10 employees preferred.
• Experience executing plans and managing KPIs required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing fitness expertise of Crunch team members.
• Meet new client acquisition and existing client retention targets.
• Administer the CrunchOne Kickoff experience.
• Generate personal training client leads.
• Provide excellent customer service.
