Workout Anytime is hiring a Personal Trainer passionate about fitness and helping clients reach their goals. You will design and deliver personalized fitness programs and coach clients to perform movements safely and effectively.

We offer paid training, certification assistance, and a clear path for advancement into leadership and sales roles, with commission-based bonuses based on performance.

Qualifications

• Prior experience or certification is preferred but not required.
• We provide paid training and can help you obtain your personal training certification.
• Nationally accredited Personal Training certification preferred, but we can help you get certified.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs based on clients' goals.
• Coach, motivate, and instruct clients on proper technique and safe exercise.
• Track client progress and adjust programming to maximize results.
• Build relationships with members and help them stay accountable and engaged.
