Job summary

Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking motivated personal trainers and small group instructors to join our growing clubs. This role focuses on building fitness skills, delivering engaging workouts, and helping clients achieve personal goals.

You will work closely with a supportive team, learn HIT cardio and weight training methods, and grow a solid clientele while advancing within a results-focused organization with 20+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• NATIONALLY CERTIFIED PERSONAL TRAINERS preferred
• Outgoing personality and excellent customer service
• Enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people
• Passion for fitness and changing lives
• Motivated entrepreneur who is a team player
• Experience and/or related degrees encouraged but on the job training provided
• Sales background is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group training sessions
• Deliver HIT cardio and weight training programs
• Educate clients on nutrition and whole-food guidelines
• Help clients set goals and track progress
• Collaborate with the team to support clients
