Anytime Fitness - MDS Fitness in Minnesota is seeking a part-time Personal Trainer to lead small group workouts and team sessions, helping clients achieve their fitness goals with enthusiasm and professional guidance.

The role emphasizes customer service, leadership, and ongoing education, with split shifts and opportunities for growth, CEUs, and webinars.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED completed or in progress.
• Passion for fitness and helping clients reach goals.
• Currently certified or in process for Personal Training Certification and CPR/AED.

Responsibilities

• Lead small group workouts for up to 4 clients per session.
• Lead team training sessions and design personalized workouts.
• Provide services through virtual coaching as needed.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.

Personal Trainer: Part time - Split shift MWF 6-8A, Mon-Thurs 4-7P

SUMMARY:

The role of the Personal Trainer is to lead our clients through Small Group workouts and team training sessions. The Personal Trainer needs to be a highly motivated individual, have strong leadership skills, and be an effective health coach. The Personal Trainer is also very motivated with their education and is always furthering their knowledge in the fitness industry. This position calls for an individual with a contagious and positive personality, who views customer service above everything else.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Management-
  • Lead Small GroupSessions (up to 4 clients/session)
  • Lead Team Training (Group) Sessions
  • Build Workouts for Clients
  • Provide Services through Virtual Coaching
• Customer Satisfaction- Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Brand Ambassador- Exemplify what it means to be an Anytime Fitness team member by working every day to better yourself and those around you.
• Personal Development- Work toward fulfilling quarterly CEU requirements through educational development programs

• Must be AWESOME!

• Must have a passion for fitness and helping clients reach their goals!
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or in the process of obtaining High school diploma or GED.
• Certifications-
  • Currently certified by an accredited Personal Training Certification Organization or in the process of obtaining certification.
  • Currently certified by an accredited organization for CPR/AED or in the process of obtaining certification.
