Qualifications

• Ability to motivate others and provide an elevated level of support to clients.
• National personal training certification from a Crunch approved certification body.
• Experience as a personal trainer preferred.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Conduct CrunchOne Kickoff with members including goal setting and nutritional counseling.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals.
• Inform members of fitness tools and programs available.
• Demonstrate safe and proper exercise techniques to clients.
• Assist with fitness seminars and group workouts.
