Qualifications

• Certified trainers preferred.
• Willingness to earn a nationally recognized certification within three months of hire.
• Current CPR/AED certification before beginning to train clients.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coach members one on one and in small groups.
• Sell personal training programs and follow up with leads.
• Build your client base through outreach and strong relationships.
• Create engaging workouts tailored to each client’s fitness level and goals.
• Track progress, celebrate achievements, and keep clients accountable.
• Support client retention through ongoing communication and encouragement.
• Participate in ongoing education, coaching, and team development.
