Qualifications

• Current accredited personal training certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal evaluations to assess fitness level and health.
• Create individualized fitness routines aligned with abilities and goals.
• Teach proper exercise techniques to minimize injury risk.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on changes in fitness.
• Enforce gym policies and safety rules for a safe environment.
• Educate clients on healthy lifestyle changes (diet, smoking).
• Perform emergency first aid when needed and treat minor injuries.
