Personal Trainer/Massage Therapist/Yoga Instructor

StretchLab is seeking personal trainers, massage therapists, physical therapists, and dance/yoga/Pilates instructors to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a new modality that is transforming the fitness industry.

StretchLab is a leader in one-on-one assisted stretching, with co-founders from the personal training industry. We offer various services to help clients 'Live Long'. Our team includes certified professionals from fields like physical therapy, chiropractic medicine, yoga, and Pilates. We pride ourselves on having the best team of stretching professionals, with proprietary training to ensure world-class sessions.

Our Flexologists deliver one-on-one assisted stretches and lead group stretching classes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver assisted stretch sessions
• Motivate and encourage clients
• Build and retain membership
• Ensure client safety and enforce policies
• Participate in meetings and educational sessions
• Handle member concerns
• Assist with studio tours and sales
• Maintain social media presence
• Keep equipment clean and available

Qualifications:

• Passion for boutique fitness, stretching, mobility, and flexibility
• Preferred backgrounds: Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, Yoga or Pilates Instructor, Dance Instructor
• Experience in hands-on client training
• Fitness certification required
• Ability to create a welcoming environment
• Excellent communication and empathy
• Passion for helping clients achieve goals
• Reliable work ethic and attendance
• Willingness to complete our 2-day Flexologist Training (20-25 hours online + 20 practice hours, paid)
