The YMCA of Central Texas is seeking certified Personal Trainers to work with the Greater Waco YMCA. You will enter an existing client base and build a career in a high-energy environment with multiple locations.

The role includes onboarding clients via a digital platform and ongoing one-on-one coaching to help them succeed at the facility. Ideal candidates have PT certification, strong customer service, and are willing to work varied shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have current PT certification from a nationally recognized provider.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build client relationships.
• Willingness to train/coach entry level participants via digital onboarding platform and one-on-one sessions.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients into the facility using a customized digital platform and one-on-one appointments.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients beyond the initial onboarding.
• Coach; train and support participants across shifts, including weekends and some evenings.
