East West Hospitality’s Athletic Club Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon, CO is seeking a dynamic Personal Trainer + Group Fitness Instructor. This hybrid role blends personal training, group classes, member engagement, and fitness-floor leadership to deliver exceptional experiences for members and guests.

Qualificações

• Must have current nationally-accredited certification and/or completed comprehensive training requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1-3 years prior Group Fitness experience preferred
• Current CPR/AED and first aid certification preferred

Responsabilidades

• Deliver engaging, safe, and results-driven personal training sessions and lead high-quality group fitness classes based on experience and certifications
• Welcome and connect with members and resort guests, including introducing new members to equipment, studios, classes, amenities, and wellness services
• Provide membership tours, respond to inquiries, follow up with prospective members, support membership sales, and connect members with personal training, Pilates, group fitness, recovery, spa, and other Athletic Club offerings
• Monitor the fitness floor, assist members with equipment and general fitness questions, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for instructors and fellow team members
• Support daily class management, including attendance, instructor communication, substitutions, studio readiness, and preparation for upcoming programming
• Maintain clean, organized, welcoming, and professional fitness spaces, including restocking gym, studio, and fitness supplies

Athletic Club Westin looking for an energetic, experienced Personal Trainer + Group Fitness Instructor who is passionate about more than leading a great workout. This hybrid position combines personal training, group fitness instruction, member engagement, membership support, and fitness-floor leadership to help create an exceptional Athletic Club experience. If you’re approachable, proactive, organized, and passionate about building relationships with members and guests while creating a great experience beyond the workout, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing Includes
