Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness in Florida is seeking an energetic Fitness Coach to lead high-energy, coach-designed workouts for groups in a studio setting.

Responsibilities include delivering engaging sessions, ensuring member safety, driving attendance, and supporting the sales process. Candidates should hold an OTF-approved certification (ACSM/ACE/NSCA/NASM/AFFA) and CPR/AED; 1+ years of group or personal training preferred.

Qualifications

• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Positive attitude, effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels.
• Must hold current fitness certification from an OTF approved company such as ACSM, ACE, NSCA, NASM, AFFA.
• CPR/AED certification.
• Preferred 1+ years of experience teaching groups or personal training in the fitness industry.
• Must be able to safely lift and move 40lbs.
• Excellent customer service skills.
