Job summary

Gold's Gym in Pflugerville, TX seeks a passionate Personal Trainer to maximize members' training potential. You will create personalized fitness programs, including education on nutrition, cardio, resistance training, and other Gold's Gym offerings, reporting to the General Manager and Assistant General Manager.

You will conduct fitness service appointments, assess goals, develop workouts, maintain a safe floor, demonstrate exercises, and help the club achieve monthly revenue goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness service appointments to design a personalized fitness game plan for members.
• Process new member intake questions to understand goals and constraints for success.
• Develop individualized exercise programs that are effective and aligned with member goals.
• Maintain professional support for members with different fitness backgrounds to assist training success.
• Utilize floor hours to assist members, demonstrate exercises, and keep the floor safe and clean.
• Apply expert-level fitness knowledge to keep members engaged and motivated.
• Conduct gym walkthroughs to re-rack weights and maintain Gold's Gym standards.
• Assist club in achieving monthly revenue goals set by management.
• Any other duties as assigned.

The Personal Trainer will create programs based on member's individualized needs including education and guidance on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training, and other fitness programs offered at Gold's Gym. This role will report directly to the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager. ..

• Conduct fitness service appointments with both new and existing members to design a personalized fitness game plan to help members achieve their goals
• Process new member intake questions to best understand fitness goals, relevant constraints, and other pertinent information to ensure their success at Gold's Gym
• Develop individualized exercise programs that are effective, challenging, and consistent with our members' personal fitness and exercise goals
• Maintain professional support for our club members with different fitness experience and backgrounds to assist all in achieving their training success
• Utilize floor hours to assist members with exercises and/or equipment demonstrations, maintain a safe and clean workout floor, and build professional relationships with our member base
• Apply expert-level fitness knowledge to keep members engaged to motivate their workouts, try new challenges, test out different Gold's Gym class offerings
• Conduct thorough gym walkthroughs to clean and re-rack weights to ensure facility is up to Gold's Gym standards
• Responsible for assisting club in achieving monthly revenue goals set by management
• Any other duties as assigned
