Planet Fitness in Leander, TX is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to design and deliver personalized fitness programs, partner with clients to achieve measurable results, and become a confident, motivating member of our gym community.

You’ll motivate clients, educate on form and safe equipment use, and build long‑term relationships while growing your client base through in‑club events and community outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree in a fitness-related field is a plus.
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain immediately).
• National certification (or readiness to obtain certification upon hire).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for clients.
• Partner with clients to see real results and build long‑term relationships.
• Hit monthly targets by engaging clients and promoting services.
• Market your expertise through community outreach and in‑club events.
• Provide personalized programs and ensure an enthusiastic, educational training experience.
• Be a positive presence and motivate clients during sessions.
