Workout Anytime China Grove is seeking a dedicated Personal Trainer to assess clients, develop training plans, and educate on safe equipment use. You will guide clients toward their fitness objectives with clear instruction and motivation.

The ideal candidate is a great teacher with a passion for fitness and excellent interpersonal skills. Certification and CPR are required, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current personal trainer or fitness instructor certification.
• Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics preferred.
• First aid and CPR-certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform fitness assessments to understand each client’s current fitness level.
• Create individualized workout plans and training routines and revise them periodically.
• Demonstrate proper techniques for using machines and equipment.
• Ensure that all gym safety standards and procedures are followed.
