Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Beaumont, Texas, is seeking a Personal Trainer to engage and educate members on fitness programs. This part-time or full-time position offers an annual earning potential of $80,000 with hourly base pay plus commission.

The ideal candidate will assist in developing workout programs, conduct fitness assessments, and demonstrate proper exercise techniques. The role comes with benefits including subsidized health insurance, PTO, and a paid Crunch Fitness membership for you and your spouse.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• Experience as a personal trainer preferred.
• Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct CrunchOne Kickoff with members including goal setting and nutritional counseling.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals.
• Demonstrate safe exercise techniques to clients.

Skills

Ability to motivate others

Bachelor degree preferred
