Job summary

The Exercise Coach - Flemington is seeking an Exercise Coach/Personal Trainer to deliver guided exercise instruction and assisted mobility training to clients of all ages. You will conduct initial consultations, coach individuals and small groups, track progress, and educate clients on fitness plans.

All training and certifications for The Exercise Coach methodology will be provided. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, people-oriented, and enjoys building relationships.

Qualifications

• AED CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop Comprehensive Health & Fitness Programs for Clients: you'll receive coaching on our fitness, mobility, stability systems and you'll incorporate knowledge into safe, effective exercise programming.
• Tracking Client Progress: you will track weekly progress, review nutrition and exercise log worksheets, and monitor client successes and challenges.
• Coach clients through program duration: conduct weekly exercise, mobility, stability sessions and maintain detailed notes on clients.
• Demonstrate Proper Exercise/Mobility/Stability Instruction: provide instruction during client training sessions.
• Provide Ongoing Health and Fitness Education: assist clients with health and fitness needs.
• Lead Follow Up and Conduct Consultations: respond to leads effectively and promptly.
