Svetness Personal Training is expanding its team of in-home personal trainers to deliver customized fitness programs in clients' homes. You design and supervise workouts, ensuring proper form and progress tracking with the Svetness App, while managing travel to client locations up to 45 minutes.

We offer flexible scheduling, no non-compete, competitive pay ($35–$45/hr), bonuses, liability insurance, ongoing education, and concierge support to handle scheduling and client requests.

Qualifications

• Certified Personal Trainer with national accreditation (NCCA/DEAC/NBFE) is required.
• CPR/AED certification is required and up-to-date.
• Strong communication skills—verbal, written, and technical.

Responsibilities

• Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments.
• Demonstrate exercises and ensure proper form, adjusting as needed.
• Track progress using Svetness Fitness App, including session notes and reassessments.
• Maintain scheduling consistency and travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes).

What You’ll Do

• Design tailored workout programs based on client goals and assessments

• Travel to client locations (up to 45 minutes commute)

What We’re Looking For

• Certified Personal Trainer – Accredited by NCCA, DEAC, or NBFE
• CPR/AED Certified – Up-to-date certification required
• Experience – 1-3 years of personal training experience preferred
• Strong Communication Skills – Verbal, written, and technical
• Basic Nutrition Knowledge – Ability to guide clients on healthy habits
• Fitness Expertise – Comfortable with various training methods and equipment
• Physical Capability – Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Personal Training Equipment – Ability to bring basic training tools as needed
• Reliable Transportation – Must be able to travel to client locations
