Endo Fitness 7 LLC is seeking a part-time Personal Trainer (PT) in Concord, CA. The PT educates and coaches members on exercise, designs programs, and manages sessions and client communication through the club app.

The role emphasizes revenue generation, maintaining a busy client list, and adherence to certifications (CPR/AED, PT cert). The position supports various club duties and promotions.

Formación

• Experience in health and wellness is preferred.
• Experience with customer management software (M&O by ABC Financial).
• Ability to motivate members and provide fitness instruction.
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices.

Responsabilidades

• Design exercise programs for a large variety of members and clients.
• Train and coach members through unique, challenging, and safe programs.
• Conduct orientations or assessments and make sales presentations.
• Maintain a busy training schedule and manage bookings two weeks in advance.
• Assist in club duties such as front desk, cleaning, and member communications.
• Maintain up-to-date client information using approved apps.
