You will design personalized plans, assess progress, and actively engage with clients to achieve monthly revenue targets.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong communication, and ongoing education in evolving fitness trends. On-site with a collaborative team and club events.

Qualifications

• Certifications from NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA or AFFA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or Exercise Physiology preferred.
• Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with the commitment to excellence.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and provide personal fitness evaluations and programs while supervising equipment.
• Establish and maintain accurate documentation records for each member and client.
• Develop and implement safe and effective fitness programs as directed by the Fitness Manager.
• Provide consistent, accurate information to educate members about health and fitness.
• Customer service and member retention; exceptional service to Brick Bodies members.
• Monitor the fitness floor to help members and clients achieve goals; promote programs and events.
• Solicit and respond to member feedback and communicate with management.
