You'll earn a base hourly rate with potential for commissions and incentives as you expand your client base and session volume, in a performance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma/GED, CPR/AED, and CPT or related degree.
• Ability to grow a client base through high-quality training and consistent results.
• Sales mindset with ability to identify client needs and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Strong foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe, effective movement coaching.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to motivate and retain clients.

Responsibilities
