Job summary

FX Well at Under Armour Performance Center is seeking a proactive Personal Trainer to guide members and guests through personalized fitness education and training programs. You will develop safe, effective sessions and cultivate strong client relationships while supporting ongoing evolution of our fitness offerings.

Qualifications

• Current personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Previous PT/coaching experience preferred.
• Knowledge of corrective exercise and performance-based programming.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective personal training sessions tailored to client goals and fitness level.
• Conduct consultations and assessments to understand goals, movement quality, health history, and opportunities.
• Design and implement individualized exercise programs focused on strength, mobility, performance, and wellness.
• Educate clients on fitness principles, healthy habits, nutrition basics, and lifestyle change.
• Provide exceptional client experience through preparation, professionalism, energy, and follow-up.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through self-promotion, referrals, and relationship-building.
• Track progress, adjust programming as needed, and keep clients motivated and accountable.
• Continue developing knowledge in programming, biomechanics, retention, and FX Well offerings.
• Safely demonstrate, adjust, and operate fitness equipment.
• Collaborate with managers and teams to support engagement and facility success.
• Uphold FX Well and Under Armour standards for service, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
