The ideal candidate is someone who embraces hard work, takes initiative, and understands that every interaction is an opportunity to learn and grow. You’ll be willing to contribute wherever needed, whether the club is bustling with activity or experiencing a slower period. You take pride in supporting the overall member experience, helping with day‑to‑day operational tasks, and doing the work that keeps a club running smoothly.
You are coachable, dependable, and excited to develop meaningful relationships with members. As you build your skills and confidence, you’ll have opportunities to grow your client base through personal training and small group coaching while learning from some of the industry’s most experienced fitness professionals.
If you’re looking for a place to launch your fitness career, learn from industry veterans, and join a team that believes in being Kind, maintaining a Glass Half Full outlook, striving to be Better Than Yesterday, and helping each other Win Together, we’d love to meet you.
