Virgin Active Limited is seeking Personal Trainers to deliver one-to-one and small group coaching, designing tailored programmes and driving member engagement. This role sits at the heart of the member journey, offering stability and growth within a premium club environment.

We provide onboarding, industry-leading training, and opportunities to specialise in HYROX-inspired programming while advancing from Expert to Elite levels.

Qualifications

Expert or Elite — Where Do You Fit?

We are hiring across both levels, with clear progression pathways.

Expert Personal Trainer

• REPS Level 3 or CIMSPA equivalent
• Building your PT career and ready to establish a strong client base

Elite Personal Trainer

• CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification
• Virgin Active Level 4 Nutrition qualification
• Established, high-performing PT ready to operate at a premium level
