Job summary

ESR Healthcare is seeking a remote Personal Trainer contractor to design and review comprehensive fitness and wellness programs tailored to diverse needs and goals.

You will provide detailed written and verbal feedback on fitness scenarios and content, evaluate safety protocols, develop motivational strategies, and contribute to educational materials, collaborating with other experts to ensure accuracy and high-quality input.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a certified Personal Trainer.
• Up-to-date certification from NASM, ACE, or ACSM.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail.
• Proven track record in program design, motivation, and safe exercise instruction.
• Strong commitment to reliability, consistency, and delivering high-quality input on assignments.
• Familiarity with a range of populations and training environments.
• Previous experience contributing to educational content or training materials (a plus).
