F45 Training Albany is seeking motivated Group Fitness Instructors or Personal Trainers for a part-time role. You’ll coach dynamic group workouts, build a high-energy community, and deliver the F45 Experience to help members achieve results.

The Role:

We’re looking for motivated, energetic, and knowledgeable Group Fitness Instructors or Personal Trainers to join our Albany team on a part-time basis.

As an F45 Trainer, you’ll play a key role in:

• Coaching dynamic group workouts that keep members engaged and challenged
• Building relationships to create a supportive, high-energy community
• Delivering the F45 Experience to help members achieve real results
• Working alongside the Studio Manager to retain current members and welcome new ones

• Our expectation is that you will be energetic and enthusiastic, with excellent communication skills, especially pertaining to fitness and movement patterns, and have a willingness to grow and foster a thriving membership culture

Qualifications

• Able to coach and cue strength and fitness movements correctly
• Willing to work flexible hours
• Eager to be actively involved in growing the business
• Self-motivated, driven and willing to learn and work as part of our team
• Able to provide a very high standard of training and service
• Full of energy and confident generating a motivating training environment
• Exceptional verbal and communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clients
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills
• Adaptable and flexible with a "can do" attitude
• Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions
• Current and valid Personal Trainer or Group Fitness Certificate
• Current and valid CPR/AED Certificate

Compensation: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
